You have 10 days from receipt of items to send back anything for a reimbursement that you are not 100% happy with whether it is faulty or unsuitable. We ask that what you send back is in a resellable condition, i.e. unworn and complete with any original labels, packaging and instructions where applicable.
We aim to make sure that all of our items are free from faults before dispatch. Unfortunately items do get broken sometimes during transit because of their fragile nature; however should you be unlucky enough to receive a faulty item we will gladly take it back and provide you with a refund or an exchange. Postage will be credited back to you via a credit code.
We ask that all unsuitable items are sent back in a resellable condition, i.e. unworn and complete with any original labels, packaging and instructions where applicable. We will gladly exchange your items for a different line, colour or size. Alternatively we can issue you a credit code for the full amount exec VAT.
Whole orders of £75 or over which are returned to us for a refund will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Alternatively, we will credit the full amount of your order.
We cannot accept returns on pierced goods, adult accessories or underwear due to hygiene.
We cannot accept liability for parcels which have not reached us. We recommend for your security that you use a recorded/ trackable service to return any items to us.
The product is incorrect
If we have sent an item incorrectly and you wish for an exchange we will send a prepaid envelope so that you are not inconvenienced to pay for return postage.
If your customer wishes to be refunded, we will send a prepaid envelope for your customer and upon receiving the item back we will refund you both your product cost and postage.
